Andrea brings nearly three decades of experience in education and over 20 years as a figure skating coach to her role as Guest Services Manager. After a fulfilling 28-year career as a public school teacher, she has transitioned into this position with enthusiasm as she moves into retirement. Andrea holds two master’s degrees, one in Curriculum and Instruction and another in Educational Administration, giving her a strong foundation in leadership, organization, and communication.

Her background in public education has made her transition into customer service seamless. Andrea is passionate about creating a welcoming, positive experience for every guest and takes pride in supporting both customers and staff.

As Guest Services Manager, Andrea works closely with all departments, overseeing scheduling and payroll while leading the guest services team, including cashiers. Her team plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, from booking and hosting birthday parties to coordinating private ice rentals and group events for schools and community organizations. With a deep understanding of all rink programs, Andrea ensures that every guest interaction is smooth, informed, and enjoyable.

Originally from Canada, Andrea now calls Arizona home.
